By accessing or using Bushwhack, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Bushwhack is a fishing log and analytics platform that allows users to track catches, manage gear, discover patterns, and connect with other anglers. The service is available in free and premium tiers.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use Bushwhack
  • One person may not maintain more than one account

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit to Bushwhack, including fishing logs, photos, and location data. By submitting content, you grant Bushwhack a license to store, display, and process your content as necessary to provide the service.

You agree not to submit content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

5. Premium Subscriptions

  • Premium subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, annually, or as a one-time lifetime purchase)
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Scrape or collect data from the service without permission

7. Limitation of Liability

Bushwhack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or interruption of service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
